TWO PIER DESIGNS SUBMITTED FOR THE REGENERATION OF BOGNOR REGIS (BELOW) ‘THE DRAGONFLY PIER’. DEVELOPED WITH WSCC AS PART OF THE MILLENIUM LOTTERY BID. IT WAS BEATEN INTO 2nd PLACE BY PORTSMOUTH’S ‘SPINNAKER TOWER’.
